Trio of Lady Kougar Harriers Run Very Well at NCC Meet

In Saturday’s NCC meet, despite just three available runners, those three: soph. Crystal Benitez, sr. Leah Gouwens, also a VB star, and jr. Kailee VanNieulande, ran extremely well.  Benitez-31st in a time of 22:47 and Gouwens-34th in 23:42, obliterated their previous personal records (PR.)  VanNieulande tied her PR-39th in 26:17, and destroyed her previous season-best

MS Cross Country Runs Great at Own Invite
