The Kougars took the lead in the 4th inning on a Mac Shane Howard hit to shortstop. Lowell score 2 runs in the top of the 5th both unearned runs. The Kougars then scored 2 runs in the bottom of the 5th on a Michael Popp homerun. KV was winning when in the top of
Griffith was too much for the Kougars on Tuesday as they beat KV by a score of 11-0. Griffith had 10 hits in their 4 at bats. KV batters Jake Jones went 2 for 2 with a double and Cameron Fritts was 1 for1 with a walk. The Kougars face Griffith again 4/6. Pending weather.
Baseball tryouts will be held starting March 14th and ending on March 17th. In order to try out players must have a physical and all other athletic paperwork into the athletic office by Friday March 11th. The schedule for spring break practice will be Monday – Thursday 10-12
