KV JV vs. Andrean JV

Saturday, 10/3 our JV Kougars faced Andrean. The Kougars fought extremely hard until the end. Andrean came out on top, winning 20-12. MS Cross Country Runs Great at Own Invite

Last night the MS girls’ cross country team was victorious over a strong field, capturing the team title at the KVMS Invite, with their male counterparts a very strong 2nd as a team. The ladies put all 5 varsity scorers in the top 17, with 8th grader Sam Martin leading the way with her 3rd

Dig Pink 10/5/15

On October 5th we will be hosting our annual Dig Pink game.  This year we will be playing Hammond.  The Junior Varsity and the C-Team will begin playing at 5:30 p.m, the Varsity game will begin immediately after the Junior Varisty game. KVMS 8th Grade vs. LaPorte (Boston 8th Grade) MS

The 8th grade Kougars lost Tuesday night (9/29) to the Boston Bruins from LaPorte. The final score ended up 37-8. Scoring for the Kougars was Colton Wright on a 45 yard run. KVMS 7th Grade vs. LaPorte (Boston) MS

Our 7th grade Kougars defeated LaPorte (Boston MS) 7th grade 14-0 Tuesday, 9/29. Offensively, Tyler Fedeler had a TD run, Ryan Tinnel had a TD run and Eli Carden had a 2 pt. conversion. Boys Tennis Sectional Pairings!

The boys tennis team will start off the IHSAA sectional at Crown Point on Wed. Sept. 30th at 4:15.  KV will open play facing Jasper County rival Rensselaer Central!  The winner of that match-up will then advance to Thursday’s semi-finals and will play the Lowell Red Devils also at 4:15.  The winner of that match-up

The Male Athlete of the Week is senior football lineman Joe Steinke. Joe has been a force for the Kougars all season and his efforts paid big dividends again this week. Harriers run short-handed at Culver

The boys’ cross country team placed 11th out of 27 teams in the open class race at Culver Military Academy’s Invite on Saturday, September 26, 2015. The meet saw the return to form for two varsity runners but left two others side-lined. While Trevor Conley was out ill, and Luke Solomey with a knee problem,
