Girls Varsity Soccer · Attention Girls Soccer Players!

Lady Kougar soccer players.  We have a new head coach and his name is Mica “Mitch” Serdar!  Coach Serdar was approved at the last school board meeting and has been working with the athletic office and is excited to get things going for this school year.  Coach Serdar has been actively involved with the Valparaiso Park Department and has worked with the Valparaiso High School Soccer program the past several years.  Coach Serdar is working on staff decisions and is becoming familiar with school policy and procedures.  Coach Serdar wants to meet the players but unfortunately we can’t get everyone together until the Governor says it is ok to do so!  So mark your calendars, there will be a player and coach meeting set for July 1st at 11:30 AM in the football/soccer field bleachers.  Coach wants to introduce himself, discuss plans for the return to play July 6th and the upcoming season.  The meeting should not last too long, within 45 minutes at the most.  After the general meeting where all players are involved he is requesting that returning athletes from last year stick around to discuss leadership for this years team.  Please do your best to be at the meeting and make plans now to get this season started off the right way.  We look forward to having all of you back and are excited about the new coach and new season!
