KV boys’ track and field mirrored their performance head to head versus NCC rivals in the NCC title meet, placing 5th.  Munster won the meet with 189.5 to runner up Hobart’s 138.5.  KV scored 54.5.  The Kougars were without the efforts of Isaac Tillema, who is recovering from a separated shoulder.

Shot put — 11th Darin Kapella (36-2); 12th Tyler Pritt (35-5 1.2)

Discus — 5th Darin Kapella (124-5 1/2); 8th Lucas Bohannon (117-4)

Long jump — Eric Philbrook 4th (19-5 1/2); Riley Fisher 8th (18-4)
